WIDE-EYED PRIVACY POLICY

WIDE EYED LLC cares about the privacy of you and your personal information. WIDE EYED provides technology and services to facilitate the streaming and digital transfer of content owned by WIDE EYED or independent third parties who wish to offer to stream or digitally distribute their content to end users. In connection with providing such technology and services, and facilitating such content streaming and transfer, WIDE EYED collects and retains certain information about consumers. This privacy policy lets you know what information WIDE EYED collects and how WIDE EYED may use the information. If you choose to enter the WIDE EYED website and engage in any activity, including a content distribution transaction, with WIDE EYED, such transaction is subject to this Privacy Policy, and you agree to the terms of set forth in this Privacy Policy.

WHAT INFORMATION WIDE EYED COLLECTS

There are many instances where you may be required to provide your personal information in connection with transactions entered into with WIDE EYED. REGISTRATION

WIDE EYED may require that you register before certain site features relating to the streaming, transfer and/or digital distribution of content can be accessed. Registration may require your contact information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, etc.), demographic information (such as your country, gender, etc.), and profile data (such as your music preferences, entertainment practices, etc). You may be assigned a site username and/or password. For internal purposes, this information may be used in order to communicate with you and provide the services you have requested, and to provide a more personalized experience on WIDE EYED.

Newsletters And Other Communications From WIDE EYED

Registered users and customers of WIDE EYED may receive newsletters, email communications, or communications through other channels, for, among other purposes, the promotion and marketing of a product or service from WIDE EYED, which are supplied by WIDE EYED. WIDE EYED may also offer you the choice of whether to receive mailings from others that WIDE EYED thinks will be of interest. You can unsubscribe by following instructions that may appear at the end of email communications. Note that in order to keep registered users informed about the operation of WIDE EYED services, WIDE EYED may send emails and announcements that are needed for the proper functioning and administration of WIDE EYED and services offered by WIDE EYED. Communications with WIDE EYED LLC

WIDE EYED has features where you can submit information to WIDE EYED (such as when contacting WIDE EYED with a question or feedback). WIDE EYED may retain your emails and other information you submit to WIDE EYED for WIDE EYED ™s internal purposes, and to help WIDE EYED to serve you better.

AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION

WIDE EYED technology has features that automatically collect information from Consumers to assist WIDE EYED in creating sites that honor Consumers preferences and serve their interests and needs. The information is gathered and stored in log files. This information includes, but is not limited to, Internet Protocol addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data.

WIDE EYED may use this information, which does not identify you, in various ways, including, but not limited to, analyzing trends, administering WIDE EYED, tracking Consumers movements around WIDE EYED and to gather demographic information about the WIDE EYED user base as a whole.

WIDE EYED may use cookies, which are small data files containing information about the user that are stored on the user’s hard drive. Some cookies are used to make login to WIDE EYED easier (such as by remembering usernames and passwords). If, however, you prefer not to enable cookies, you may disable them. If you do so, you may be limited in using some of the WIDE EYED features. Information may be shared with advertisers, including their management and representatives. As with other third parties, WIDE EYED is not responsible for how the advertisers handle the data once they receive it.

CHOICE

WIDE EYED strives to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). WIDE EYED does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age without appropriate parental notice and consent. WIDE EYED actively attempts to screen-out children from data collection and/or use of interactive or community features. WIDE EYED is committed to protecting children’s privacy.

SECURITY

Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to WIDE EYED. WIDE EYED stores your personal information securely, and use special procedures designed to protect the information WIDE EYED collects from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. WIDE EYED restricts access to member information to those employees of WIDE EYED who need access to perform their job functions, such as WIDE EYED customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that WIDE EYED cannot guarantee the security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time. MERCHANT / E-COMMERCE AREAS

WIDE EYED make available certain items for purchase. In order to complete purchases made on the website, WIDE EYED may collect billing address and credit card information (such as account name, number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes only and is not otherwise shared. In the future, WIDE EYED may also feature special purchases or product offerings which link to a number of other third-party store sites and those stores may collect and use your personal information and credit information to process your order subject to their own privacy policies. WIDE EYED is not responsible for the privacy policies of those other websites and advises you to check their policies and terms and conditions as they may vary.

WIDE EYED reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time, so WIDE EYED encourages you to review this Privacy Policy from time to time. If WIDE EYED makes changes, WIDE EYED will post them to make Consumers aware of what the changes are so Consumers will always be aware of what information WIDE EYED collects, how WIDE EYED uses it, and when WIDE EYED may disclose it. A Consumer is bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he uses the site after those changes have been posted. If, however, WIDE EYED is going to use a Consumers personally identifiable information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, WIDE EYED will notify Consumers by posting a notice on WIDE EYED ™s website for 30 days prior to the effectiveness of any such changes.

DISPUTES
